🚚 What days are shipments made?
Shipments are made on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week, starting at 10:00 a.m. Delivery routes are scheduled the day before, so if you want to receive your order on the following day:
TUESDAY: You can place your order online until 11:59 p.m. on the previous Sunday;
FRIDAY: You can place your order online until 11:59 p.m. the previous Wednesday.
For this reason, and because it is essential for us to deliver quickly so that food does not break its cold chain, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
⏰ Can I choose the delivery time?
For the reasons explained above, this isn't possible. However, our shipping service typically covers its routes within a 2-3 hour window. That's why we emphasize that it's essential that you (or someone at the delivery address) receive the products by hand and place them directly in the freezer. For this reason, we don't deliver to other locations (nearby stores, offices). Of course, if you have a neighbor who can receive them, we can leave them there: this must be indicated when placing the order, including a contact phone number.
💰What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout section. Since these are refrigerated products, logistics costs are slightly more expensive. Therefore, we also encourage you to place larger or group orders to offset the cost.
How do products travel?
Deliveries are made in isothermal boxes, thermal containers designed to maintain food temperature, ensuring product quality and safety throughout the supply chain. Under normal conditions, the temperature loss is 1 degree in 24 hours, so you can rest assured that these deliveries are very safe.

All credit or debit cards.
Can I pick up the order myself at your location?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our kitchen in Poblenou. We're located at Pasatge de Coll 19, 08019, Barcelona. Don't forget to send us a WhatsApp before paying for your order to coordinate the day and time.
Is it safe to buy from your online store?
Of course! Our website meets all security standards, and personal data is processed in accordance with current regulations.
How long can I store your products in the freezer?
❄️Our products can be stored for 4 months from the date of production.
Can your products be consumed directly, or do they need to be heated?
All of our products (except the Cheese Bread, which is delivered raw and requires oven baking) are pre-cooked and deep-frozen. This means they can be consumed immediately after defrosting in the refrigerator. In a hurry? You can defrost our meals in 30 seconds in the microwave. Want them warm? Just a few minutes in a pan or oven, and they're ready!
