This product can be offered from the beginning of complementary feeding (6 months and over). It contains no added salt or sugar, nor artificial colors, stabilizers, or flavors. Just real food.

Preparation: Defrost in the refrigerator (or at room temperature if you're going to eat it immediately). If you want to enjoy it warm or hot, you can bake it at 180 degrees for 4 minutes or microwave it for 30 seconds.
